💰 2. Payment Terms

• ✔️ 30% upfront payment before starting the project.
• ✔️ 20% payment after frontend completion and approval.
• ✔️ 50% remaining payment upon project delivery.
• ✔️ For module-based projects, 100% advance payment is required per module.
• ✔️ For FYP students: 50% upfront, 50% after frontend delivery.

📝 3. Agreement Policy

A formal agreement must be signed by both parties to define the project scope, timeline, and payment terms before work begins.

🔄 4. Revisions and Support

Minor revisions during development are allowed. Additional features outside the original scope may require extra charges. Post-launch support is available based on selected plans.

💳 5. Refund Policy

If YourSiteFactory fails to deliver according to agreed requirements, a full refund will be issued.

If a project is canceled by the client, no refund will be issued. If canceled by us, a fair refund will be made based on the completed portion.
