The Challenge
The platform required a complex multi-role system (residents, moderators, admins), real-time status updates on reported issues, and a clean interface that could be used by non-technical community members.
Our Solution
We architected a Laravel SaaS-style application with three role tiers, a geotagged issue reporting system, upvote mechanism, email/notification alerts, and an admin dashboard for moderation and analytics.
The Result
Crowd Solve launched as a functional civic-tech platform and was successfully demonstrated to local authorities as a viable tool for community engagement and urban issue management.
